Purchased a Sony Ericsson T610 from seller

Started out a good deal. Bought the T610 for a kinda high price, but figured that since it was in good condition, it would be worth it.
Purchased phone for just under $95 dollars including shipping. Was told the phone had no problems and very light wear marks. After waiting a few days due to delay's on the seller's part, I received the phone. Was packaged nicely and securly. Started the phone and inserted the SIM card. Phone started up. Phone then locked up minutes later. Ever since I have begun using this phone, I've been having significant problems with it locking up. The plastic over the LCD is rather scuffed up, moreso than what was really described.
All in all, I feel what I paid for is not what I received. The phone was not of the highest quality expected. I sent payment immediately to seller, and then had to wait a few days for it to go out (not a big deal). Seller was supposed to send an electronic copy of the manual, which I never received. Requested at time of purchase that he mails me the normal printed manual seperately, and I have not heard anything about that.
Would not do business again. Definately feel that my money was wasted.May 8, 2005

Kunal had a FS thread up on the Agora with an "nVIDIA TNT2 M64L 32MB PCI Card". I posted interest & we reached agreement via email. Kunal's were quick & concise. I PayPal'd & he shipped, I received the card in short order & it was very well packed.

I would be happy to trade with Kunal (Mark Larson) any time.
